The
Project "Pokrova Photovernissage, 2007" is an
annual international salon of art photography and the part of the
original project "Faces of the planet Earth", which is
to reflect the variety and diversity of the world, its numerous
historical and cultural legacy, its different lifestyles and cultures.
The
theme of the Exhibition is FREE. The photos are
eligible in both COLOR (CP) and MONOCHROME (M) sections. The
special theme is "Travel".
The
terms of entry
-
the Salon is open to all the photographers of the world willing
to enter its contest and complying with its regulations and rules.

The
entrance fee per section is 10 Euro or 8 IRC, and 15 Euro or 12
IRC per 2 and more sections.

The
entrant can submit up to 4 prints in each section, with total
amount up to 16. The maximum size of a print - up to
45 cm for the bigger side of it; or digital files submitted on
a CD in JPEG 8 BIT RGB 300 dpi format with at least 2000 px resolution.

The author must give the title, his name and address in clear
handwriting or typed on the back side of a print. The titles for
digital files must be given along with the corresponding photo
submitted.

The artists retain their full ownership rights for the prints
submitted. The organizers are entitled to use the best works selected
for further exhibitions and publications in terms of the Salon
program with the full regard to the ownership rights.

The
works submitted will be returned after the closing of the Salon.
The CDs submitted are not returned.

The
entry form must be filled out by an artist and signed. The
application for entrance assumes the thorough agreement to the
conditions of the exhibition. The organizers do not hold responsibility
for a loss or damages if caused by postal services.
Closing
date for entries – 8th of September, 2007.
Judging date – 14th-16th of September, 2007
and is conducted by a jury panel of 5 competent well known photoartists.
Notification. The procedure of notification starts
from the 25th of September, 2007.
Exhibition
date – 14th October – 15th November, 2007.
Returning
the works is to be completed by 31st of December, 2007.
The
Salon plener. The plener is organized for the jury members
- on the 14th-16th of September- as well as for the photographers
- on the 11th-14th of October along with the program of cultural
events and photographic sessions on picturesque locations of Volyn’
region.
